the only one that actually does what it says on the tin.... ( Update: became useless soon after I reviews 8t, because it now records the wrong song ( next or previous one on album) ,and tags it as the correct song.reported it, never got a fix...

This is the best Spotify music converter on the internet! After a lot of research on how to put Spotify music onto CD's to listen in the car, I tried this one out and it's by far the most user-friendly and quality program. It works so well! I especially love the drag and drop feature, it makes the process so straightforward. Definitely recommend!

I used this program many times and it is truly amazing. so many other programs use YouTube to get the mp3s but this one just makes it on their own. Definitely a 5 star experience and I will use this program to get all of the music I ever need

If I could, I would give 0 star. Product does not work on my phone. No idea why. Possibly my phone is faulty? Regardless. After useless support communication, the refer you to their refund policy, saying they give back half of your money. Sure they still want to survive and scam other customers, so they need the money. If that is a new business model, then we all could create apps/softwares that are useless, non working, and create a refund policy with saying that regardless you found helpful or not, we keep half your money. Well, in my point of view, this is very un acceptable.

AVOID - Scam Company! Paid for and downloaded their software and it doesn’t work. They are now only offering me a 50% refund, so essentially they rely on people paying full price then keeping half for something that has never worked. They try to get you to download more software to debug it, just to get you to do more work for their incompetence. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Hi Jamie, Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you had such a frustrating experience. Many users have used our software to fix their devices successfully. I'm sorry that you're not in this case. There are many reasons that may lead to the repair failure and we're not sure whether it's caused due to the hardware issue. Actually this is not an excuse. If you try similar software from other companies, they shall give no guarantee of helping your fix your device absolutely.

This software is great to convert audible books to usable file format for your own listening. Best software that I have found for audible book files.
