I also backed the kickstarter campaign. I also waited a very long time. I got my blankets two weeks ago. We love them! I will order two additional blankets. Everything is fine!

July 9th was the last time they posted an update on kickstarter. No comments or updates from them since then, no responses on private message or emailing their site where they apparently still sell these products. They took our money and ran. No emails, no tracking numbers, no updates in over a month. This was over 200 bucks for a queen sized cooling comforter and matching pillowcases.

I am backer number 2,814 and have messaged them multiple times. They took my money and have not delivered the product.

Back in April, Damon Shen launched his TunaTutu campaign on Kickstarter. Promises of the Instant Ice comforter sounded too good to be true—no more being tossing and turning from the heat—the coolness of the fabric would whisk you away to Dreamland. Yeah, right. They got us good, folks. They found over 3,400 suckers/backers (I’m #3299) and swindled us out of more than $500,000. They got our half million dollars—We got just empty promises. The company doesn’t respond to all of the comments and email communications I’ve sent. Crickets. They pretty much built a website and online store and are supposedly fulfilling orders there but the original Kickstarter backers are largely going ignored. I’m never supporting anything on Kickstarter as they are complicit and offer no help in getting my money back. I can’t believe how these trash companies continue to do business.

Oh, man! I can’t believe I fell for what they were selling. I was doubtful but still went ahead and pledged for their Kickstarter and now there is only radio silence from them. If anyone knows how we can proceed in order to have them refund us, it would be great to get organised and file a joint action. Kickstarter washes their hand of everything from the very begining

tunatutu collected $505,652 from 3,418 of us backers for their Kickstarter campaign, April 2022. They took that money and built a really nice online store with beautiful photographs and web designs and offering '3-day free shipping' for the very same products that we - the kickstarter supporters - paid for back in April 2022 and have never seen. Kickstarter is hiding behind the 'Kickstarter is not a store' business. This is a definite scam! They did not get caught up in bad shipping or material problems because of covid like a lot of others. They just took all that money and built a nice store selling the products we paid for.

This company is a scam. I wait for 3 weeks and all I have is a shipping label waiting for seller to send. Shipping label then get canceled and I have no refund.

Literally a day after leaving an unkind review regarding non-fulfillment of an order, I received a confirmation of pending shipment. I will update upon receipt of my order. Update: Finally received my order and I am satisfied with the product. Knocking one star off for poor communication.
