I actually liked the cooling comforters and ordered 3. But the pillow cases were cheap looking and the light grey did not match the light grey comforter. When I chatted today abt returning they said they would send return label. I never received it. This is just another example of why old fashioned retail as in Nordstrom’s, TJMax, and Costco are so successful. They stand by their products, except returns and give customer service. The latter is missing in 95% of “ New” retail companies. They are all abt. Branding and Hype.
