Here we go again.
I received an adverse response for my car insurance quote. Now, I have been away from the U.S.A. for several years, this is new to me. There are two numbers, lexis nexus and transunion. I cannot do this online at all. Calling the 800 number, after 5 minutes of pressing buttons over and over because the automated system does not understand the response (chooose 1 or 2) I then get a recording to call back during regular business hours. Shouldn't this be at the front of the recording? Save time, money, and bandwidth? I have had a host of problems over the years with credit reports. At one point, in the early 2000s my reports was completely gone, missing, deleted, whatever. I actually had a print copy from a year before, I mailed that into them. Several data breaches later, I'm curious if I exist? I have been in Europes so I cannot say.
