I am changing my feedback. Initially, I thought that there is an issue with the watch, but then I realized, I wasn't winding the watch and because of that it wasn't working. Thanks to the support team for assistance and clarification.

I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The quality is exceptional, costumer service was more than helpful and shipping time was amazingly fast. My new watch is a piece of art!

I have orders several Tufina watches and find that they are beautifully designs and give an elegant feel each time I put on. Their service is also excellent.
