Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points. The free version of our extension does support downloading videos in SD quality (up to 480p), not just 144p. If you were only seeing lower resolutions, it’s possible the extension wasn’t fully up to date. We recommend checking for the latest version to ensure full access to the available free features. While some advanced features are part of our premium plan, we do clearly label which features are free vs. paid within the extension itself and on the Edge Add-ons store page. That said, we recognize the website could make this distinction clearer, and your feedback helps us improve that experience. If you’re open to it, we’d be happy to help troubleshoot any issues you encountered. Please feel free to reach out to our support team anytime. Best regards, Tubly Downloader
