Thanks for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you find our extension easy to use. Regarding pricing, we’d like to clarify that the change was made last year when we moved from our initial launch promotional price. We continue to invest in maintaining and improving the service, and we appreciate your feedback on future features. Thanks again for your support!

Thank you for your thoughtful review and for giving our extension a try. We really appreciate your support. We understand your concern about not having a traditional website interface. The reason we built this as an extension is due to technical and feature requirements. Many core functions work more reliably within a browser extension environment. We also want to reassure you that the extension does not include any ads or tracking. It is designed to be simple, secure, and respectful of your privacy. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts. We will definitely take your feedback into account as we continue improving the downloader.
