Hi, thank you for your feedback. Our free plan includes unlimited standard-quality (up to 480p) downloads and a daily allowance of 1080p downloads, all provided without ads or pop-ups. A Pro subscription is required for unlimited 1080p and 4K downloads. These limits are clearly described on our website: https://tubly.download/premium.html. Additionally, we offer a 7-day free trial of Pro features for users who would like to explore the full functionality before subscribing. It seems there may have been some confusion, and we’re sorry for that. If you have any questions or would like assistance, please feel free to contact our support team and we’re happy to help.
