Horrible customer service.

I’m going to continue to write negative reviews of this company until they respond to my email requesting services to be canceled. I’ve sent almost a dozen emails requesting the digital coaching to be canceled. I’ve got zero response and my bank account has been charged. I’ve now file a complaint with the BBB. I followed their instructions to cancel this service before the charge hit my bank. Sending several emails. No response to regular or junk email folders. Even messaged through FB. There is no customer service phone number. Only email. This company regardless of the quality of their product is a money grab scam. I’m hoping to keep others from getting ripped off. It was so simple. I just wanted the digital coaching service canceled. No big deal. Nothing to do with the product. Wasn’t even mad that they slid that program in with the subscription. Just wanted a simple email cancellation. No… they have to make it extremely difficult. I hope they have to shut down their business. Update: In response to TStrive, my emails have included my original order number and email address which is the information they requested for cancellation. The fact you can not locate my account when I’ve given this information speaks volumes of your business. Question??? How can we contact directly for immediate assistance when there’s no phone number listed. Only an email address that no one seems to respond to 🤔🤔🤔🤔 Update: Finally got confirmation of my cancellation request. It took 2 weeks of emails and complaints but appears that they finally made things right.

We also want to clarify that cancellation instructions are included in reminder emails prior to billing, and customers may contact support directly for assistance at any time. Feeling like my old self
First of all great company they get back to you and reply. If you have any questions or messages I ordered like a six month supply started taking it. I totally noticed a difference. I sleep better. I feel better and I feel my drive coming back. I have no complaints so far so good.
