It’s been 11 days and still hasn’t shipped.

I received my order and does not work. I have sent emails to customer service and just going in circles. All I get is “ please refer to put refund or return policy” Over and over again. What I would like is to exchange for a product that does work. I paid the money and got something useless if doesn’t work. So disappointing and frustrating dealing with a company that makes it impossible to get help from. Was also disappointed with the cheap packaging. I am not impressed

I ordered this item on the 4th and paid extra for you to ship right away it is now the 11th and it still says processing. I reached out via email no response smh I do not recommend

When I saw the advert for it I immediately went to the reviews as I was thinking of buying one.I am so glad I did because not one 5 star review said this item 'worked for them' They gave 5 star just because they received it, or are waiting for it. Why give a 5 star just because it arrived? I believe the reviews are put there to make you think it's genuine. DO NOT buy

I ordered this product almost 2 weeks ago and I still am waiting for the product!!! Really frustrating and disappointing. I ordered for my wife and she's like "where is the stuff? The tracking is shitty can't track.

I feel like something is dodgy here. Where are all the reviews that actually say it works , all I have read is easy to order , easy directions ? Nothing about if the product has worked for them or not ?
