I bought this item and wanted to return it under the 60 day warranty and I have had no acknowledgement that they were receiving my emails. They won’t reply to anything. They’re just ignoring me. They’re not understanding what I’m trying to tell them. They’re blanking all my emails and not replying to me anything it’s absolutely appalling customer service and I would never let anybody fall into the same thing that I have. They’re not a good company. They’re all fake reviews because I can’t even put my review up and it’s absolutely appalling that they can’t even mention after I would give it less than one star. I wouldn’t even give it that because it’s been terrible and I still haven’t heard from them and they will not return my money back and I only used it for a week to under health conditions I was told not to use it so they do not reply to my email. Absolute terrible terrible terrible company that don’t even give you a response when emailing them on a number of occasions I have now taken it further and got involved and Help so people can help me sort this out and still no reply from them. They don’t care absolutely terrible customer service.

Yes they provide a tracking number 2 days after placing my order but its a fake number! Its been 3 weeks and no product. Do not order from them!

Be careful - these are scammers! Yes, their website looks good, cause they have to sell their fake products, but this is the only good thing about them. Their so called product VenuPelviTone Pro looks like cheep Chinese cr*p... The box wasn't even sealed, like it was used already. So I didnt even bother to try it. You can buy exactly the same product with the name Sensatone on Amazon for 64€. Tryvenu sells it for 112€ "with a big discount".... All my emails regarding refund were of course ghosted -no response so ever. So avoid them for all costs.

Really cheap piece of rubbish at an expensive price. I can't believe it's battery operated . Was expecting a rechargeable quality device at this price. Huge disappointment

Would have given a negative score if I could. Purchased a pelvic trainer advertised on instagram as being a 10 mins/day gadget. Turned out to be a cheap piece of battery operated plastic with instructions saying usage min 30 MIN/DAY EVERY DAY! - had to pay £20 to return to China, not a straight forward return process. The product has now been sitting with their authorities for over a month and the company has gone completely silent! No updates! Total scam! Hope the rest of you are smarter than me and stay away from this company

This company is a total scam. I ordered now 4 months ago, and received an email that it was shipped. They said they could not provide a tracking number, and until now I have not received anything and the company no longer responds. Do not waste your time and money

I placed my order on the 23rd of May, paid extra for expedited shipping - I still have not received the product. I contacted customer service and they assured me it’s on the way…I find it hard to believe that statement as it’s been almost a month and still am waiting. I wished I would have read more reviews before purchasing such an expensive product - I am now requesting a full refund as I still haven’t gotten it. If it doesn’t not get settled by the email I send - I will contact my bank and request a full refund as this is ridiculous on all fronts!
