Customer service was great, understanding, kind, and helpful. When waiting on order on other hand , was starting to feel like I'd never receive product. It was probably longest wait I've ever had. I didn't realize I had ordered with the subscription option my first time, and the reminder email went to spam. When I got the email that my next order was processing, and wasn't even done with our first product... I reached out to customer service. I received a prompt response, they were very professional, and resolved my situation quickly, and to my complete satisfaction. I haven't used the product long enough to properly review that, but their customer service is top notch.

I was not aware of selecting any subscriptions, I’m usually extremely cautious of these things happening because I just want to try the product before considering it as something I’d add to a daily ongoing routine. So I was extremely shocked to hear back from the company, telling me I selected such a thing. However; after contacting this company VIA email, I was pleasantly surprised they actually responded and took care of this major issue of taking money I don’t have from my accoun and getting it cleared up and stopped so I don’t have one more thing to worry about in my financial overload as a single parent.. I gave the star rating as I felt so grateful for having this stopped. I do not believe in the product. To me personally; it’s just a scam, targeting common issues due to pour eating a sleeping habits and mental issues in American children used to sell this product. After talking to pediatricians and doing research by asking proper questions. American children having worms like a 3rd world country is quite different from the only basic ones in American children which are pin worms. Common enough to have over the counter medication and the whole family would have to be treated in that case. Like lice. The symptoms would be itchy anus where they lay eggs. Apart from that, walking barefoot in contaminated soul, can cause the hookworm as it would attatch to the human foot an can enter the body. Again the whole family would have to be treated.
