Stumbled upon Velvra- a paid promotion on Facebook that cought my interest I Ordered velvra for my 4 year old son who has all the symptoms of parasites and pinworms the tantrums, irritability, constipation, itchy, butt rest, restless sleep, high constant sugar, cravings, and picky, eating only liking dinosaur chicken nuggets or breakfast sausages nothing else besides sugar so I ordered on Sunday night February 15th received my order Thursday, February 26 so had to wait 11 days to receive it and it was a seemingly long wait.... so far he is only on day four and the meltdowns are stronger. He is still a picky eater so I am anxiously awaiting the huge results of that to change. Also the constipation. I am waiting for a turnaround so far no changes other than I have high hopes that this will actually work a lot of the reviews are saying it takes 2 to 3 weeks before noticing any change so I am in the waiting game.

My issue was handled less than 24 hours after I emailed the team. They fixed my request and we courteous and professional. I'm really excited to receive this product!

I was signed up for a subscription. As many of us are wanting to limit the hassle of reordering. I had still possessed 2 unopened sets of this product and wasnt ready for the next shipment. I was preoccupied with events that didn't see the email for the renewal. I then noticed a charge on my card and reached out. I was unable to cancel the subscription due to the page not loading. The return policy stated there was a 12 hour window before it shipped and if caught in time a refund may be granted. I emailed support. They returned a response and checked the order. To my surprise they were able to cancel the subscription and refund my amount to my card. This is excellent customer service in my eyes. They were kind and considerate. I was only trying to not have a stock pile of product waiting. I will certainly turn it back on once I start the last bottle. They were communicative and understanding to the situation and not out to just make sales. They have faith in their product and guidelines they can exercise grace to a customer that will certainly return when ready. I appreciate this experience more than you know.

So far, happy! When I ordered my Google messed up and sent the product to my old address. Since there's no way to change it I had to reach out to customer service and they had everything fixed within 20 minutes. Looking forward to getting the drops so I can review those.

I am waiting for my order still. I forgot to use my checkout code and I sent an email to see if they could apply it to my order, and they did! Great customer service
