I purchased the first kit without adding a subscription. The first kit has yet to work for our family. There's been no chance, nor improvement. I was charged for a second kit and and did not approve the charge, so I messaged them for a refund and they will only allow a 50% refund. Very displeased with their customer service and with their product. I do not recommend! Save your time and money, guys.

On vitamin D3: cholecalciferol is the same form of vitamin D the body produces from sunlight, and it's the form used in virtually every reputable supplement. Some rodenticides do use it, at roughly 600,000 IU per bait block, which is around 150 times the tolerable upper daily limit for adults. Velvra's per-serving amount sits well below that limit. On B12: there is no established Upper Intake Level for vitamin B12. It's water-soluble, so any excess is excreted in urine. The recommended daily intake figure is a minimum target, not a safety ceiling. Clinical doses regularly reach 1,000–2,000 mcg with no recorded toxicity. On manufacturing: We source our ingredients across East Europe and Asia and our product is produced in a GMP-certified facility, in small batches, with third-party testing on every ingredient for purity and contaminants.
