The instructions on the packaging is different to what is on the bottle. The bottle is also labelled as Carvenchy, Thrive Hair Oil. I've been using this since November and as yet, my hair isn't better than it was. Its no worse either bjt definitely not better. I'd like a refund please as promised. Update 01/03/25 Did not make any positive difference to me. Aunt Jackie products have made a positive difference.
