I am not only allergic to this product, but the company is a nightmare. I have emailed them multiple times with a reply back from them. I have tried canceling them online. The platform just reboots. And still every single month, they charge me. Working with this company as a complete nightmare. Fraudulent and a scam.

I have been trying to cancel my "subscription" for many months and they continue to charge my card. The phone number does not work that listed on their site. Once you buy it, you will FOREVER be charged and they never send the product

Shipped from China and although the oil has a list of essential oils theres no scent which has made me question what the contents are in this product. Have seen many comments online (unfortunately after ordering) that this company is a scam.

Purchased VEGANIC for $65 , and sent eelhoe or similar from china worth $6.98 , this is s copycat site to SCAM people, you won't get a refund, complaint lodged with consumer commission to have them shut down,

The instructions on the packaging is different to what is on the bottle. The bottle is also labelled as Carvenchy, Thrive Hair Oil. I've been using this since November and as yet, my hair isn't better than it was. Its no worse either bjt definitely not better. I'd like a refund please as promised. Update 01/03/25 Did not make any positive difference to me. Aunt Jackie products have made a positive difference.
