Order for a three month gift they got one and then nothing! Tryed email and call and nothing like no one even working! They did get ahold of me and as explained what happened and apologize and it look like thing are back In order and should be getting my next box! I will up date when I get my shipping confirmation and if that happens I will be happy to move my stars up! The one box I did get I was very happy with and if all my other boxes are the same I most likely be ordering more! The box is on its way I’m happy!!!

EDIT. I changed my review to 5 stars because Customer Service was lightening fast to fix my issue. They do care about their customers. Thank you EDIT The packages are good. But the shipping is awful. I have one box that got shipped out late Jan and then another on Feb 28. I've not received either. The one mailed late Jan has not moved since Feb 28th. The company needs to get more reliable shipping.

I reviewed a 1 star earlier but the team just got back to me and honestly I feel bad about jumping the gun and leaving a 1 star so hastily. They have fixed my issue and I hope to be working with them more in the future.

Just so that eveyone knows. I signed up for this Treats box (thought it would be fun for my grandson). I got charged double the amount, the website did not give me a chance to put in the disount code, and there is no phone number to contact them (uncomfortable for me when you cannot call a vendor). Difficult to find a way to get to your account. I could not cancel online. Finally emailed them to cancel. Let's see what happens. If you decide to buy, be careful.

I wasn't as impressed at first when my initial box didn't include information about the country, but I contacted the company asking what country the box was from. Rose replied to me fairly quickly to explain that they had tried a different format with snacks around the world (rather than from one specific place), but that they would be returning to the format where the snacks are from one place and you get the postcards, etc. I was pleasantly surprised and glad to see that they responded promptly, explained the situation, and wanted to make it right. Very nice to see!

I was looking forward to trying this candy so much. The 1st order I put in which was above $50 got sent to my Billing address not my shipping address so then I have to wait for it to be sent out again and this package I received had nothing I ordered in it but the one thing that I really wanted to try which was the jolly balls, there's only 3 in here and the rest of the bag is filled with powder it's really unfortunate I really wanted to try those.

My box arrived super fast and I was very happy to see the snacks were from Italy which I visited a few years back. The postcards were cool. I'm excited to see what the next countries will be.
