Tone TecReviews of trytonetec.com

ordered (3) XL shirts, I normally take an L or XL. the shirts are too small. Sizing is way off! I asked to exchange for XXL and they refused to accept my exchange even if i payed the shipping. I found this to be very strange. Something is not right with this company and their policy's. the shirts are unworn and in orginal package. wtf

Tone Tec is a fantastic company. I ordered three shirts, then I ordered three more because I liked them so much. I had a wardrobe malfunction and they went above and beyond to make it right. I don’t think I’ll ever buy a dress shirt from another company as long as tone tec is around.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Do not buy from this company. I purchased a polo for $60. The material is 100% polyester. They advertise special wrinkle-free and stretch technology, but there’s nothing special about 100% polyester. SHEIN makes better quality shirts for 1/4 of the price. I asked to return the shirt for a refund, but they are denying it because I bought it “on sale”. It’s ridiculous that a $60 100% polyester is considered “on sale”. Stay away from this company.

Ive purchased many shirts from Tone Tec in the past and just placed another order. I recently had an issue with one of my shirts and it was handled so professionally and politely. The request for more info was extremely kind and my issue was managed immediately. Nothing but appreciation for this brand and company.

The shirts have very strange dimensions and the customer services will do everything in their power to prevent a return. This is not a reputable company.

Company is a complete scam size chart is BULLSHIT return policy is BULLSHIT lessons learned never order from this company unless you’re a scrawny little human if so add to cart buy now this is clearly a scam or a site for people that are sub medium DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

They asked me for a five star review and I obliged at first. I've worn the shirts one time and washed them and now they're falling apart. I emailed customer service to let them know I own NINE of their shirts and they are ALL fraying, seems aren't holding up and they were nice enough to reply with their return policy that says they will ONLY take care of something if I return it within 14 days, unused and unworn in new condition. So basically you buy these shirts, they take three weeks to ship from overseas, maybe four. If they don't fit you have to basically overnight them back to China at your expense but you can't return them if you've put them on. If you actually wear them and wash them you get one use out of them then you have to take them somewhere to get them fixed by a seamstress or you just have to throw them away. Just to hit all the points they ask me to hit in their reviews... Order time is terrible. It takes forever. Customer service is absolute garbage. They literally mocked me and told me I was out of luck because I had already worn the shirts. The quality is non existent. If they fit (they do run small FYI), they don't hold up more than 24 hours and then you basically have to spend more than you paid for someone to fix them or you just cut your losses and throw them away. Just to sum it up...their order time is crap, their customer service is absolute garbage so I hope the pretentious jerk that told me to read their return policy is reading this with that stupid smirk he wrote his e-mail with, and the quality is not even sub par. There is no quality about these shirts that will redeem them and no amount of snarky customer service can save an already bad decision. Do not buy anything from these people unless you just feel like throwing money away on a one time use piece of clothing.

Very disappointed with both the product and the service. The shirt quality is far below what was advertised — the fabric feels cheap and the fit is completely off. It looks nothing like the photos. On top of that, the customer service has been extremely frustrating. They refuse to issue a full refund and keep changing their offers — first 30%, then 50% — instead of properly resolving the issue. If I want to return the item, I’m expected to pay for the shipping myself, which is unreasonable considering the product is not as described. Overall, not worth the money and not a company I would recommend dealing with.
