I made a purchase in hopes the product would work, it didn’t. I then cancelled before the first billing cycle. I was told I would have to pay the difference which was £6.20 to cancel before this period as this amount is a subscription only amount. I paid the amount. I was emailed my subscription has now been cancelled. I was charged yet another amount despite my insisting I didn’t want to continue with this as the product doesn’t work and I already cancelled and was charged extra. The customer service is non-existent, very very poor. They are unresponsive and unprofessional. NEVER purchase from them!

If I could given it a zero I would. Terrible products. I never signed up for a subscription but yet they send these every two months. Impossible to reach anyone by email. No option to cancel online. No phone contact. Company should be shut down.

The product doesn't work at all. I'm someone who has struggled with KP for my whole life and amlactin, glycolic acid, blah blah, never worked for me. Neither did this. Also, they ordered me a second bottle months after my first without telling me. I am not on a subscribe and save plan, so I'm pretty confused and upset. Won't be ordering from this place ever and neither should you.

placed an order, then realized it signed me up for an auto subscription. I reached directly out to the support team right away to cancel my order and they told me they could not cancel and said i had to pay a a one-time purchase fee to cancel the subscription. I told them to cancel my entire order and instead they didn't respond for 2 days until the order was already shipped and told me it was too late. I disputed this charge with my credit card. Seems like they are desperate for purchases if they can't even cancel an order less than 30 min after it was placed. I DO NOT recommend buying from this company!!!

I ordered this product over 40 days ago and it never arrived. The shipment tracking is shady, and even though it says customs cleared it more than 30 days ago they never delivered to me. I reached out to their horrid customer service team who did absolutely nothing to help and refused to cancel or refund the order and couldn’t even tell me if and when it would arrive. They basically stole over 80 USD of my money with no remorse. Scam and fraud. They want me to wait out their failed delivery and return the item to them, it will never even arrive at this point.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! This is a scam. Firstly, even by choosing NO subscription, they put me on a subscription and when I went to cancel it, it wouldn't allow me and actually CHARGED my credit card and sent me another shipment - even when I gave explicit advice that I was not allowing a subscription. I then had to email them more than 7-8 times to cancel the subscription, no one would help, it was excuse after excuse and finally, I cancelled it myself, but even now, I don't trust this has happened. I have advised the governement agency in my state and contacted my bank regarding credit card fraud. And finally, the product does nothing - it makes your skin feel less bumpy but the redness and bumps are still there. DO NOT purchase from this company. Complete and utter scam with NO customer service. Just random emails saying nothing.

Terrible customer service. I did the subscription for the KP lotion and then found out I was pregnant shortly after. The product is not pregnancy friendly so I attempted to cancel my subscription with them as they have advertised “pause, skip or cancel anytime - zero commitment”. They refused to cancel my subscription and wanted me to purchase one more product or pay a 20% fee to cancel. False advertising and also the product came from China not made in California like stated. Really sketchy site - don’t waste your money

I would not put a star if I could. Do not ever buy from this scam. They claim to have zero commitment and 60 day guarantee, but when you cancel the subscription and say that you tried the product with adverse effect they want you to send pictures. Very intrusive. Unprofessional. Unacceptable customer service. Amara is an absolutely appalling responder. I hope this review is seen by everyone so you will never get any more purchases.
