BAD! They make you buy the automatic refills and when you try to cancel it they make you write to an email address, they say they answer in 24h, but they DON’T RESPOND AT ALL. BE CAREFUL!!

Probably one of the worst companies I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The product doesn’t work, despite using it twice a day for several weeks as instructed. Not only that you are misled by the website to take out a subscription (no other choice) which means you then can’t cancel until after the second month if you are not happy. On top of that I paid an additional invoice to cancel the subscription which the company didn’t honour and took an additional payment from my bank account anyway and then had the audacity to blame me. Shocking!!!

Ordered from Switzerland did not see any improvement with the product. They just confirmed that I ordered a second time which I didn’t so be careful. There are for sure hidden auto ship for membership things happening that you do not see. Definitely do not recommend this shop or company.

This is a scam. If you sign up for a subscription you are stuck with a minimum subscription term which is not detailed anywhere on the website and customer services refuse to do anything about it despite the law. Also, I have now been using the product several weeks and it has made absolutely no difference to my strawberry skin- it doesn't work. Do not give your money for this

ABSOLUTE SCAM. Currently going through issues trying to cancel my subscription. They are making it impossible and will not respond to me. Not to mention that the product is utter rubbish and does nothing. AVOID like the plague if you don't want to waste your time trying to stop them fraudulently taking your money.

I did not see any results from using this product. I initially made what I thought was a one-time purchase, but a subscription was added without clear consent and there was no option to cancel. Clearly a company that is just looking to profit vs actually help people. I would not recommend this product or company.

I bought this product as a one time use thing to try it out. I have since been trying to cancel it as the company unknowingly signed me up for a subscription. You cant cancel on the website and you have to email the company. I didnt even sign up for a subscription, and they keep trying to charge me £30 a month for a product i dont want. I have tried to cancel this multiple times and they keep telling me I need to pay a 20% deposit??? They keep contradicting themseleves in the email aswell, I dont know of this is just poor communication or if they truly just dont know what theyre doing. They told me a few hours ago they would cancel it free of charge, just to then turn around and say theyll send me an invoice for the 20%? They keep asking me for details about myself that they already have on file (like my email address). I wish i never bought this product honestly, its causing more hassle for something thats not even worth it. GIRL JUST WANTS TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION THAT SHE DIDNT SIGN UP FOR.

SCAM! They refuse to let you cancel your subscription. Product I received made my skin red and irritated and it shipped from China. Had to cancel my card, don't trust this company!
