Review Title: Unfair hidden subscription system!Review Body:I am very disappointed with my experience. The company automatically signed me up for a monthly subscription without my clear consent or knowledge during my first purchase. This system is very greedy and materialistic. They decided to send me the exact same product every month without even asking me! What if I wanted to try a different cream or add other products to my order? Customers should have the right to choose what they want to buy, not have a specific product forced upon them every month. Be careful before buying from this

Do not buy from this company. They lock you into a subscription that is impossible to get out off. The products don't work either. Please stay away

This Trystrawberry.com is a SCAM. My order didn’t receive and cannot contact them. They are thieves. Please beware about this website and their products.

Very bad customer service!!! Order #S293591 This order was not received. Furthermore I was deducted again a second time without my authorization. Please cancel this order and refund both my payments immediately.

I ordered on a “discounted price” I never received the order sent proof even sent email showing with delivery company. I requested a refund and was told I had to pay the subscription price which I was unaware I had a subscription. I’ve asked continuously to cancel my “subscription” but company has not. Highley not recommended!!!!

Be aware ….. With the cream and your bank account . I had a bad expirience with both . You can cancel the order on your bank straigth away , its the only way . This company dosent care about you , they care about profit

Extremely disappointing customer service – issue completely dismissed I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Strawberry. My order was marked as delivered by Royal Mail, but it was not delivered to me and was left in a “safe place” that I had never authorised or specified. I contacted Royal Mail directly, who confirmed the circumstances and advised that, as the sender/business, Strawberry could make a claim with them and refund me. I contacted Strawberry with this information, expecting them to help resolve the issue. Instead, they repeatedly responded by simply stating that their records show the parcel as delivered and advised me to contact Royal Mail myself. I have explained the situation multiple times, yet rather than actually investigating it or taking responsibility as the retailer, I have received essentially the exact same response each time. It feels as though nobody is actually reading what I am saying or attempting to resolve the problem. What has been particularly frustrating is that Royal Mail have advised that the sender is able to pursue the matter with them, yet Strawberry continue to push the responsibility back onto me. I have now spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve an issue that should have been dealt with by the retailer. The lack of accountability and customer support has been incredibly disappointing. I would strongly reconsider ordering from Strawberry in future. A delivery being marked as “delivered” does not automatically mean the customer has received their order, particularly when it has been left somewhere that the customer did not authorise. I expected much better customer service and support in resolving this. Very disappointing experience.

Ordered a one off product and was signed up for a monthly subscription anyway, without my consent. I see from other reviews this is common. I still have not received my initial order after 6 weeks, and they went ahead and charged me for another month anyway. I have already asked for a refund on the item that was never delivered. I received pleasant responses from customer service but they have amounted to absolutely nothing. This is verging on fraudulent and if I am not fully refunded for the two payments taken (one completely unauthorised) then I will be escalating this as it appears to be completely fraudulent.
