My wife ordered from this company in July and never received her order. 2 months have gone by now and still nothing. Not to mention the tracking hasn't updated since August 8th. This company is not trust worthy so I'm not sure how they even have any good reviews although I have a pretty good idea as to how they made that happen.

I purchased this produce a week ago and the customer service has been appalling. When I ordered it stated in my order i would received a free drybrush. When the packaged arrived without the brush I sent an enquiry to whether is was missed or still coming. there response was the following; 'We’ve checked your order and it appears that the free brush was not included, as it wasn't manually added during checkout. To receive the free brush, it must be added to your cart before completing the purchase. We apologize for the confusion and understand how this might have been missed. We’ll make sure to clarify the process further to help avoid this in the future.' I sent a response asking if they could send it anyway as the order clearly stated 'dry brush included' to which they said they could not but will make the customer experience clearer for their future customers. So disappointing and definitely makes me unlikely to recommend or repurchase from them even if the product works.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. They stopped responding to my messages after stating that my package “had been delivered”. Their phone number is disconnected, and there is no way of reaching them. I had to file a dispute with my cc company. DO NOT shop from them. Edit: your response makes no sense. I am not disputing size or product, and I ordered from YOUR page. Product was never delivered and your customer service stopped responding. That is the reason why you are a scam.

Company uses photos off the internet that aren't real results for their product. When I pointed this out on a public advertisement the company blocked me . Company is now asking for my details "to better understand my review". If you google image reverse search all the before and after pictures they use you will see their advertising is false and not genuine

Clearly a scam website set up to skim your payment information etc. I went though 4 pages of the "reviews" on their website, not only are they clearly AI generated, they've duplicated the same ones multiple times, buyer beware, I won't be trusting this sham company to deliver on anything. I tried to purchase and my bank blocked the transaction as it's also marked as a scam/untrusted company in their records, after that I went through and looked at the website closer and noticed a lot of suspicious things. Just updating this to respond to the companies reply; I said that I TRIED to purchase and my bank blocked the transaction, this is what prompted me to go back and look closer at your reviews etc. Seeing as I received an abandoned cart email from you, you'd know that I did try if you looked. But hey, continue to defend your sham company. Absolute best cast scenario, you're not a scam and you just use a bunch of fake reviews to inflate your reputation, which isn't much better.

I placed my order on June 27. 52 days and multiple emails with customer support later, and I still have not received my order. I have repeatedly requested a refund, which they refuse to issue. Instead they want to send me yet another shipment (the third at this point), which I'm not convinced will reach me before Thanksgiving. Or ever. Finally, they claim their product is made in the US, but the tracking information they provided shows it shipping from China. Their support team repeatedly denied this until I provided screenshots, at which point they ignored that point.

I purchased their advanced triple-acid complex for keratosis pilaris about a month ago. I used it as directed, and there were no visible changes to my skin condition like they claimed. On their website, they have mentioned that they offer "60 days moneyback guarantee", "no questions asked". However, since the product itself was a bit expensive and of no use, I contacted them via email and received absolutely no response for weeks. I went to their FB page, Dm'ed and still no response. Then, I sent them a reply email to one of the newsletter, and got a response. I had to brief the issues once again and when I asked them about their moneyback guarantee, this lady emailed me back (after few days), she's asking for a before and after photos, and to submit a separate refund request. I was truly hoping to keep the product, but it doesn't make any sense at all. Hope this helps someone looking to purchase from this company in near future! Their claims are misleading and customer service is pretty much non-existent.

Die Website kommt mir recht dubios vor. Wollte eigentlich bestellen, es wird sich mit einer 60-Tage Geld zurück Garantie geworben, was ich erstmal super fand. Bei genauerem hinsehen, haben sie ganz unten auf der Seite einen Banner eingebaut, sodass man auf das Impressum, kontaktinformationen oder ähnliches nicht anklicken kann. Lieber Finger weg lassen hier.
