Absolute scam. Ordered their skincare product after seeing an ad on Facebook. Upon receiving the confirmation email, I realised that i'd been signed up for a subscription I didn't want, for a product I hadn't tried, and which was not clear upon placing the order. I emailed the business within two minutes of receiving their confirmation of order to request cancellation and was later contacted by Customer Support, who confirmed that they had cancelled my subscription as requested. 30 days later I have been charged for more product, and the same Customer Support person has denied me a refund AND denied having cancelled my order, despite absolute proof in writing. Do not trust these people with your money.

They shipped my order in a flimsy bag where the items arrived broken. I reported them to PayPal and they wanted me to ship the items back on my dime. Will never purchase anything from this crappy company in the future. The items were small and expensive but they send you a free consolation wooden brush. This company deserves a negative 10 stars. Shitty costumer service! No thanks!

Avoid this company! Worst customer service and subpar products. Don't fall for their misleading ads. Invest in quality products from reputable brands that genuinely prioritize customer satisfaction.

I returned my order to Try Strawberry about 2.5 months ago, paying for shipping back to China and completing all customs paperwork. The parcel is now stuck in Chinese customs because the company refuses to pay their duty fees. I’ve sent multiple emails and even forwarded proof from my local courier that this is their responsibility, but Try Strawberry has stopped responding. Still no refund and no resolution.as I said I had already email you guys so many times on the same email address you provided and still didn’t get any answers. You support team send me china address for returning the parcel and I have got all the emails and conversations from your support team as well. If you want me to upload that emails screenshot, I can do that as well. So please don’t lie to your customers. Very unprofessional and dishonest — I would not recommend buying from this company.

Tried this with a full bottle and followed the protocol, but it didn’t work as advertised. Twice a day, but not for 12 hours after shaving, using a moisturizer after, exfoliating with the dry brush provided for free. Didn’t work, asked for a refund per their guidelines. Told me that they’d be willing to give me only 25% of the price back or I should just buy more and try again. Nope, I’m not falling for that trick. Never again. Save your money.

I’ve been using it twice a day for five weeks with absolutely no change. My arms look as bad as ever. I was really hoping this would work, but unfortunately not for me.

I wrote a review and it's gone. The products are shipped from China although they claim they produce them in the US. The products don't have manufacturer information on the box. The hyperpigmentation one doesn't even have an ingredients list. I'm concerned and confused. I bought 2 of the hyperpigmentation and 2 of the KP ones. They're also super small for the price. Edited: The reply makes zero sense. Amara from the customer service actually confirmed that the products are shipped from the fulfillment center in China (i literally have a tracking that shows it came from China!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) but maintains the products are made in the US. I have an email from the exact email address. And I bought from the official website. Now I feel gaslighted (Thus the 1 star) and scammed. This does not add up. Also isn't it suspicious that for every negative review, a bunch of 5 star reviews pop up all from unverified users?

Dodgy business. Avoid at all costs! These guys are scammers. I placed an order for their products after being lured by their advertisements. Within minutes, I looked for reviews and I found that people are saying they used fake reviews and post other unrelated people's pictures without consent. I sent an email to their customer service within 15 minutes of placing my order to cancel but they said my order has already been processed and they could not be cancelled. Their return policy clearly states "You may cancel your order within two hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team". They just ignored my emails after I quoted their policy. If they cannot even honor their own policies, I definitely wouldn't trust their products. I will dispute their charge with my bank and report this dodgy business to FTC and BBB. Be careful.
