Waste product! Totally worthless. They say that its fragrance free however the smell is too bad. the smell is so strong and bad. After applying multiple times i didnt see any result. Please dont waste your time and money. After one time purchase it will automatically turn into monthly subscription and now they are not even refunding my money. Bad customer services plus worthless product

Scammer!! Keep well away!!! This company is a scam - you tick for a one off purchase and it keeps taking money out of your account on a monthly basis and sending the product that you only wanted one off to try out - which by the way was the eczema cream which didn’t work! Another scam - keep well away!!

Saw no results from this product. Ordered what I believed was a one-off purchase. A subscription was applied without my clear consent and a repeat payment was taken. The only notice arrived after the charge, in my junk email. Refund was refused as the item had already shipped. The returns process is difficult and costly, clearly favouring the company over the customer. Check the checkout carefully, watch junk emails, and monitor your bank statements. I would not recommend the product or company.

They did not honour their 60 days no questions asked refund guarantee. The Doctors they list on their website do not exist.

Doesn’t work - tried to return - initially engaged and then no response Avoid at all cost

This product is fake. I used it for almost four weeks and didn’t notice any results at all, even though I followed all the instructions carefully, including peeling the surface to help with absorption. What’s worse, the company placed an order without my authorization. As soon as I received the PayPal payment notification, I contacted them to cancel the order within less than 10 minutes. They claimed the order had already been shipped and could not be canceled (That's happened on Sunday, and the carriers don't pick up on Sunday). However, their own website clearly states that orders can be canceled within one hour after confirmation. Overall, this product does not work, and the customer service is unreasonable and misleading. Please stay away from this product and don’t waste your money.

Worst experience i have bought almost $134 product and it didn’t work at all. And now when i stopped using my skin already damaged my hands situation right now worst then before and my skin irritates me a lot now… ordered the product at august 2025 got it in my hand end of the month and till December i finished 4 bottle because i got and in October i told them i didn’t see any changes they told to see one more month if i don’t see any changes they will refund but they didn’t. It’s my hardworking money i still have one left..😢my skin feel dry and more itchy now…

I never received the product and no one will respond to inquiries. This isn't the real company.
