Bad C.S- I have reached out to them over 11times just to get 1 response back, in that response I told them I wanted to cancel my 2nd auto order before they ship it, and they have completely ignored all communication. I have emailed over and over because they have NO CONTACT #. Again just ignored. Not to mention the product works for a couple of days smells pretty bad just for it to go dark again as soon as you stop using it..

Automatically sets you up on a subscription despite actively selecting one time purchase! Also you will never receive a product. This is a scam from China. Horrible customer service. Should be shut down.

Terrible experience, I emailed them within the 1hr to cancel the order, they get in touch the next day and said the order has been processed and shipped. They processed the order well after I contacted them.

I have repeatedly tried to cancel my subscription and I keep getting messes about. Do not buy from this company as it seems to impossible to cancel your subscription.

i bought the cream and didn't know i had take a subscription out and kept on sending me a jar every month, at double the price at £46.00 each, the cream didn't work for me

If I could give this product a zero I would!!! After several uses, my skin became inflammed and felt like a severe sunburn. It took several days of hydrocortisone and ice packs for my skin to feel normal. Maybe Im more sensitive then others but the pain was excruciating!! When I contacted their support team, I was told that I would only get a 15% refund due to not using it for 60 days. Their money back guarantee is sketchy at best. I was told you had use the product for 45 days continously, have a before and after photo to show no improvement and request the refund before the 60 day period is over. If you go off the what they state on their website, you would believe that their is a money back guarantee after 60 days of use with no questions asked. Even after showing proof of the affected skin, I was still met with a $5 refund. Save your money for a decent company. They aren't reinventing the wheel. You can get similar products from companies that stand by their products.

Scam! Awful product and awful customer service! It automatically puts you into a subscription AND returning would cost more than the product because it’s in CHINA. I WISH I read the reviews before I purchased. I’m out $120 and I hope to save the next person from wasting their hard earned money. So disappointing and any “good” review is a lie so don’t believe it. Karma will get them.
