Hi, We take ownership for any lack of updates as it pertains to your order updates. While there is an automated system setup to keep our customers updated via email confirmation about when their order has tracking applied and shipped. We also know that things can happen within any technology that can go unnoticed if even for a short time. Our Customer Support Team are our eyes and ears for when we get an alert or inquiry from the customer. Our best course of action to follow is to acknowledge the concern, provide the latest order updates and seek the best ways to resolve every concern during the interaction.
