I have been using snow kit and their whitening pencils. I am beyond impressed with the results. I strongly recommend this brand and their products to everyone who would like to get a beautiful smile. What I am more impressed than the results is their amazing customer service. Unfortunately my whitening kit got damaged after almost 4 year of use and I contacted the customer service team for my options. My kit was a present for my birthday and I did not had a receipt. The representative was so understanding and made an exception to replace it. What a great company!

Product arrived as ordered and in perfect shape. I had an initial problem which I emailed Snow about and received a response within minutes of sending my email. They sent me what I needed immediately which was great. Best customer service I've experienced in a LONG time.
