I spent nearly $200 on my order and it said delivered but I never received it. I emailed them 3 times and never got a reply so I called and eventually got a representative. Now their customer service is telling me that I should keep waiting and they won't even refund me. Hopefully someone from Snow can eventually help because otherwise they literally robbed me for $200.
