Do not waste your money on this toothpaste! I didn’t whiten my teeth at all! I called the company. before I bought it and asked them if the toothpaste alone whitens the teeth. They said absolutely it does. It did nothing!!! They are making money off of people by selling this product and it absolutely does not work!!!!

Hello Joe & Sally, We are very sorry to hear that our toothpaste was not a good fit for you both. We formulated our toothpaste using some of the best ingredients for you and with the goal of giving you whiter teeth after frequent and thorough use. We’re sorry that our toothpaste didn’t achieve that goal for you. Please provide the requested information so one of our representatives can reach out regarding your unfortunate experience. Warmest regards, The SNOW Team

I can’t even tell you how great it works, I just want to talk about the customer service! I tried it the first couple of times and the light kept cutting off. I sent them a text and they answered in 30 minutes. Told me I needed an adapter. They sent it out and I got the replacement in two days! Wild! So I’ve only used it two times but I’m looking better! I love good customer service. Soooo rate these days. Great company!

This product works BEAUTIFULLY! Recommended by a friend and have now turned on three other friends. You WILL see results within a few uses. My UV light stopped working and they sent me a new one out within 2 days...how cool is that?! I would give you 10 stars if I could.

I wished I'd read some of the 1 star reviews on here before I purchased Snow, as the same has happened to me - product "lost in transit", when promised a refund, I had to chase and still no money back. All very convincing emails about money being refunded, but until the money is back in my account, they are nothing but scam artists!

Hello Kimberly, We apologize for the confusion. After looking into your order, it does look like your order was indeed lost in pre shipment. It looks like one of our reps had been in contact with you and took care of refunding you for this order as well. The refund may take a few days to reflect in your account. If you have any more questions or concerns, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Thanks! -The SNOW Team

I brush a minimum of twice daily, floss, & use mouthwash.. Still my teeth never seem to get white. I do drink a lot of coffee "for years" and its been a while since I last whitening my teeth. Mainly because they are super sensitive all the time. Whitening strips make this even worse, but I needed something to help whitening my teeth & was skeptical when I purchased the Snow Whitening Kit. However my teeth are so much whiter and the sensitivity gel they offer is incredible. Not that you'd typically even need it, even the gold maximum strength gel doesn't make my teeth anymore sensitive than normal after 30min sessions (I did need the sensitivity gel once when I fell asleep & product stayed on for over an hour).Yes this product is a bit pricey but I enjoy this product and will continue to use it! This is seriously the best teeth whitening product I've ever used. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for the same going to the dentist, professional whitening! Minus the high cost & inconvenience of the whole process.
