This product has made my teeth very slightly whiter, but I have had to stop using because of the agony I'm feeling in all of my teeth today. This pain is unbearable. Those people who say there is no sensitivity, clearly don't have sensitive teeth.

I’ve only been using snow for about a week and I’ve already noticed a huge difference. Mainly I can tell when I take pictures, my teeth just look so nice and white. I will continue to use snow! PLUS I’ve had no teeth sensitivity which is amazing!

LOVE SNOW! I bought the LED mouthpiece and whitening gels a few years ago and my dentist is amazed at how white my teethe are without bleach! I bought the Memorial Day bundle on sale and am very thankful I did! I now have the LED toothe brush with toothepaste and mouthwash at one house and the whitening light and gels at other house. I noticed a big difference when I started using daily!

I ordered the whitening kits during their recent BOGO sale. After receiving the kits, I opened it only to find out that the stated expiry was less than 4 months away. Shocked, I quickly contacted with customer service whom have responded decently before. In order to guarantee a higher chance of feedback, I contacted them via their live chat, SMS and even social media (Instagram). Their replies consisted of claims that the expiry on the kits were printed wrongly and that the actual expiry is sometime next year. They even gave me the option for replacement wands. Happily, I agreed to get the replacement wands. HOWEVER, all communications suddenly stopped WITHOUT ANY REASONS and they ignored my queries for a follow up for days before I had to resort to leaving a comment on one of their Instagram posts. A few hours later, I went online only to find out that I had been blocked. I paid hundreds for the kit and this is something I need to apply on my teeth. I do not think that I am unreasonable for requesting products with legitimately printed expiry dates. I am truly shocked by their customer service ON TOP OF the credibility of the products. Apparently the kits I received was part of a bigger batch that had totally “incorrectly” printed expiry dates. Update: SNOW501012072, SNOW501012075 both had expiries on 07/2022 (lot 2106) and 09/2022 (lot 2108) and the claim is that the 07/2022 one expires on 07/2023 and the 09/2022 one expires on 04/2023. Update: finally got a response. However, now I need to return the kits for a 1 to 1 exchange rather than a replacement wands being sent. Reading the other shipping nightmares below, this makes me reluctant to start a potentially month or more long transaction. Also, due to the short expiry, in order to make the most out of it, during the 3 weeks after receiving the kits, I have started using them already. This makes it even more inconvenient to exchange the kits. Update: changed my rating from a 1 star to a 2 star. Brent went ahead to set up an order to send me replacement wands instead of insisting on an exchange. I am thankful for the consideration. Now I’m awaiting the arrival of the replacement wands (hope fully they don’t take more than 1 month). Update: Finally received the replacement wands. They ALL expire in Aug & Sep 2022. They are also still blocking me on their Instagram though. Final update: Brent has given me a refund for my order, sent me 2 packs of whitening strips as an apology and offered to let me purchase the serums at a discounted price once they can get wands with better expiry dates. Hope this incident won’t happen again.

Haven't used the product to review on however their service and system is ridiculous. I placed an order recently during their bogo free deal. There were various bundles including 2 kits or 1 kit and 1 toothbrush. I added the kit and toothbrush to the cart for 149 dollars. Not sure if there was an issue witht the cart system of I accidently added 2 kits, either way once paid I noticed on the confirmation that I had 2 kits! I contacted customers services the same day via Instagram, email and chat via their website. SLOW RESPONSE to all mediums!! The rep via Instagram didn't even know which promotion I was referring to until I sent a screen shot. I had not received shipping confirmation yet therefore asked if this order can be amended as I didn't want 2 kits. Due to their slow response and awfull customer service they eventually told me the order could not be modified and that I would have to wait to receive the order and then refund. HOW CAN AN ORDER NOT BE MODIFIED IF IT CAN BE REFUNDED... IT DOESNT MAKE SENSE!! There's another review further down of a customer who placed an order only for the sale to start the next day and after contacting customers services they were able to "MODIFY" the order and adjust it to the sale price!! Very disappointed in the level of service provided .. no aim to expect your customer to keep coming back and spend more in the future!

Amazing product! Really works and if you have any issues, Snow takes care of it immediately. Within two hours of my email, they responded and corrected the issue. Great service, great product!

I purchased Snow Whitening Kit in hopes of getting my teeth whiter and my oh my did it do the job?! After the first use, my teeth were visibly brighter and it didn't cause any sensitivity. After several uses my teeth got so much whiter, people were noticing and complementing me. It's a definite confidence booster! I'm very satisfied with this product and recommend it to everyone. Easy to use, fast, at home teeth whitening, who can ask for more?
