This toothbrush is great. It's heavy and firm, doesn't feel cheap. I decided to buy it since my wife got hers about a month ago and keept bragging on how much better it is than her old one (My current one). Hopefully I remember to update this post after a few weeks of use.

Wrote a review on their insta page, and they blocked me. Seems like they do this with every person that might write a negative review. Do you think I want to write something negative? Why should I lie if a product doesn’t work for me??

The lightning cord on the mouthpiece stopping holding the connection to her iphone or iPad. I wrote to customer service for a solution. The other cords were fine but she’s an Apple user. The company reps responded quickly and sent out a new mouthpiece. So glad of that as this was a gift I gave her and she loves how well it works whitening her teeth.

I started using the snow whitening mouthpiece and I was starting to notice my teeth getting whiter and then the lights stopped working on it. I sent an email and they replaced it it very quickly. Great customer service and great product
