I’ve been a customer 3 years now. I am BEYOND satisfied I’ve been using the led mouthpiece and have had NO issues with sensitivity and have been extremely impressed with the results, unfortunately my led mouthpiece did go out, but they immediately sent a replacement. I purchased 3 SNOW whitening kits. One back in 2019 and 2 in May 2022. The one from 2019 has been "glitching" it's been flickering while my daughter was using it. One of the one from May purchased was flickering and stopped turning on. I contacted support and they were quick to respond. They verified my address and sent me 2 new mouthpiece. Got them in a week!! I even got a special gift with the mouthpieces! I’m so happy with their customer service, no issue whatsoever…product not working, they replaced it! I’m so glad I purchased them!
