My snow whitening system was working great, giving excellent results. It stopped working one day for no apparent reason. I reached out to customer service and they replaced my unit immediately. Fantastic customer service! I plan to purchase additional units for my family members.

I'm really not sure why I have to jump through the hoop of writing a review to get $10 off as a "free gift"... Especially when I just received the product. The card says I have to do this within 3 days of getting it... Anyway, I have used the toothbrush once so far and already notice a difference! The website was easy to use but everything is expensive. Haven't used customer service yet and really no hope I won't have to. So far, so good.

My products work well as advertised. My favorite is the arctic mouthwash which is refreshing. The service of the company is also very good.

I have purchased the snow accelerating mouthpiece with LED. I am using the golden tube serum that is extra strength. I am using it daily 20 to 25 minutes. I am in love with this product. It changed my smile and overall look so so much. Thank you snow for coming up with such a wonderful product.

I did not receive my order for a couple of weeks but when I called customer service was very nice. They weren’t sure why my interns were not sent out. They refunded a small portion of $14 back to me for the delay and then had my items shipped. I received my items a few days later.

Ordered the SNOW kit and realized they offered a WIRELESS version. So I easily returned my first purchase and quickly received my wireless kit. I’m a full time mom so I appreciate anything that saves time! Came in a few days, can’t wait to try.
