Bought two sets: one for me and one for my wife. We used them and loved the results even after only one treatment. However, my wife’s light had a short in it and would turn off randomly. They texted me the day after it was delivered to ask what we thought and I told them about the short in the light and they shipped out a new one immediately! Amazing experience and super fast response. Didn’t even have to reach out to them in the first place.
