Received in a timely manner. Would make more sense to solicit reviews after people have had a chance to use….. I’ve had a chance to use for several days. I’m not sure the light does anything, teeth aren’t whiter yet. However this toothbrush is definitely weaker and less thorough than sonicare, which I’ve been using for years. This toothbrush doesn’t feel like it’s doing anything, teeth don’t feel clean. Asked customer service if these brushes do as good a job, no response yet.Needless to say, I put my old Sonicare back on the charger.

Customer service is great at getting issues with orders resolved and it’s all in all a great company, I have yet to use any of my products but I will be leaving future reviews on those!

I had a question about my order and was able to call on a Saturday night to get it resolved. It arrived today and I can't wait to try it out!

Snow always responds quickly to any problem I have had and resolves it just a quick. I had my mouthpiece quit working and I emailed them and one is on its way to me already!!

Delivery was good. No issues.

Great packaging and product started using for the first time. I do wish there were more color shades so I could measure my progress.

Love the tooth paste. Could tell a big difference in just a week.

What made my experience great is that the kit really made my teeth white.
