The customer service process was swift and professional. I am impressed with the agent's politeness and consideration. They even apologized for my inconvenience. My Gen 2 toothbrush was not holding a charge. After sending a video of the issue, a replacement was shipped out to me. From this interaction, I can honestly say that Snow Cosmetics customer service has integrity. Would reccommend.

Great experience with exceptional customer service . My wireless kit wasn’t charging and Jin addressed my concerns right away by sending me a replacement order right away for free .
