Update: The company was quick to reply and easy to work with, they quickly got the missing item sent out to me. Good products are one thing, but amazing customer service is hard to come by. So happy to have worked with Snow. 3 stars: I’ve loved all of the products I’ve had the opportunity to try: scrub, overnight treatment, balm, powder, wired teeth whitening kit. Unfortunately I’ve had the misfortune of not receiving everything that was supposed to come in my order. I verified the online description before posting this review and the $40 scrub is supposed to come with an applicator, however it did not.
