I have been using the snow teeth whitening kit consistently & have experienced great results with no tooth sensitivity. I eventually needed a replacement for the LED mouthpiece & had reached out to the support / customer service team through email & they had gotten back to me almost instantly to resolve the issue. After confirmation, I had received a new mouthpiece in the mail within a couple of days. Great product & quick, easy customer service.
