Easy to order

I like it so far. Made my gums sensitive in a few spots. The directions were not very clear. Not to sure of what I was doing. I do not fully understand what the different colors are for, even after watching the FAQ videos. But I'm still excited to stick with it. I'm enjoying the toothpaste. Better directions explaining. Though the commercial says 9 mins the lights will not turn off after 9 mins because you can go longer. Love the lip balm! Need more time to see more results though. Update: 4/4/23 I have learned that blue is just normal whitening, red is germ fighting and the blue and red is a mix of the two. The light doesn't turn off so that you can set your own time, so set that timer! And after consistently sticking with it I am pleasantly happy with it. Love love love! The toothpaste, I actually like that it's not foaming nor gritty. I am thinking of adding more of their line to my routine. But my original review stands that more help out of the box to a newbie would make it not so frustrating. But stick with it and be consistent.

I had purchased my SNOW teeth whitening kit several years ago and was very pleased with the results. For whatever reason I stopped using it regularly and wanted to start again. My mouthpiece was not working properly so I contacted SNOW, but wasn’t expecting anything because of the fact it was several years ago when I made my purchase. To say I received the most amazing customer service would be an understatement! If anyone has any hesitation in ordering from this company, I’m hear to tell you to don’t hesitate! This is the real deal ! A product that performs exactly what it says it will and amazing customer service !

I’ve been using the stronger gold tube of whitener everyday for 2 weeks now. I started with 30 minutes and subsequently have been doing between 15-20 minutes each night. I see absolutely NO difference in my teeth. I bought extra whitening solution with my original order, so the total was $175. I bought it on a buy on get one sale so my boyfriend could try it also. He has been doing the same regimen and has also seen no difference. It was a waste of $175!! Don’t buy this product! I wondered how it received so many good reviews…I’m assuming it’s because in order to receive my “free gift” I was instructed to leave a review within 3 days. I’m glad I decided to wait. All I can think of is other people didn’t want to wait. I find it very unlikely that the free gift would have made the $175 worth it!!

My two adult sons were so excited to receive these for Christmas. I got the limited edition Red & Black models - they are fighting over the colors!

Everything got here fast and order was accurate. Can't wait to start using it.
