The product actually works!

I've only just started using some of the Snow products, so I can't comment much on the whitening ability yet, but I really love the electric toothbrush. The bristles are really soft & do a great job of cleaning. It almost feels as if my gums are getting massaged too, so I'm spending more time on brushing my teeth with this then with my last electric toothbrush, just because I enjoy using it. I also ordered the water flosser, wireless whitening kit, some of the toothpastes, mouthwash, & the booster gel to try. This is my first water flosser so I can't really compare it to others, but I like it. I don't think water flossers are a replacement for flossing, but I am using this in conjunction with traditional string floss. I find traditional flossing a little challenging, since I have a small mouth, my teeth aren't all perfect, & tight contacts on some of my teeth. Everyone's teeth & mouth are different, so flossing with perfect technique can be difficult. I think this is a good secondary measure to help protect gum health & great for reaching those "challenge" spots in the mouth. I do wish the water reservoir were bigger, since I find myself refilling it about 3x to thoroughly clean my mouth, but since I have very limited countertop space in my bathroom, the compactness is more of a plus then a negative. If you add a little bit of mouthwash to the water mixture, it does a great job of cleaning & protecting the gum line, esp. where your toothbrush can't reach. The only cons I can think of is I wish the pressure settings went higher, & I would like to see more floss tips available in the future. Snow also sent me a free sample of their charcoal floss with my order, which I've used. It is alright; I really like that it can expand, but I personally struggled with it shredding & got it stuck between several of my teeth, which caused me to have to use much more then normal. I have this problem with most floss though. However, the toothpaste and mouthwash? Absolutely love it! I researched a lot about hydroxyapatite as a flouride alternative, & really like that they include this plus xylitol in their toothpaste, on top of being non-toxic, 100% natural, & having a low RDA value/abrasiveness score. Some people commented & said that the toothpaste doesn't foam much, but I didn't have this problem. I have the AM, PM, & blackberry sage toothpaste & have tried them all. The taste is great, isn't too strong, & doesn't have an artificial taste like a lot of toothpastes. The PM (lavender mint) is my favorite. The mouthwash also has a really great flavor, lasts a long time & leaves your mouth feeling really clean, & doesn't dry out your mouth at all. Again, I can't speak yet to the whitening ability of these products as I've only just started using, but my experience so far has been really good. I've also tried the lip balm, & received the overnight lip treatment for free. Both of these are amazing. Super-moisturizing, & lasts a long time. The whitening kit I ordered was unfortunately delayed in the mail, so I only just received today & haven't had a chance to use yet. The only bad part about my experience was the wait time. I placed two orders on the same day, one was shipped out quickly but not delivered, with no updates to tracking information or ETA given; I was concerned it got lost in the mail. And the second order was still unfulfilled after more then a week. I called Snow to follow up on my orders, & the customer rep was great. The order that was unfulfilled was quickly filled & expedited, & I actually received it before the first order that was shipped. I don't know why the first order was delayed 2 weeks, but I finally received it today & am happy with everything I purchased. The long delivery time was probably more a result of the courier then anything else, but I appreciated the customer support all the same. Overall, highly recommend, & will order from Snow in the future.

i love my new toothbrush! great settings and I also love that there is an attachable face brush. the four settings are all very different so you can find what you like best. I wish one was a little stronger but overall I love it! great products! I haven’t noticed much of a whitening effect yet but then again it’s only been a few days!

Purchased a 3 pack of Whitening Morning Frost, received quickly and upon first use I love the feeling! My teeth feel clean and definitely look as though they are dental visit clean. Can't wait to see my results!

Great products that were easy to order but packaging was bad. Came in a manilla envelope with the toothpaste boxing crumpled. Toothpaste was fine and everything else was undamaged. Boxing the products would be much better in the future. The kit and flosser are great though!
