The shopping cart experience on the website was horrendous. They send daily spam emails. The AI chatbot is 💩 I’ve just received my order in the mail & received x2 ‘claim your free gift’ cards. The QR code doesn’t take me to a process to claim my free gift, rather I’ve been directed *here* to write a Review. I ordered a white unit, but I received a red unit. I wrote to the company asking them to correct the mistake. Still haven’t had it replaced. Each time I wrote to them I just got a standard computer generated response that did not respond to my request. The whole order fulfilment experience / customer care experience is very bad.

Snow has truly change the game! I don’t have to spend so much money going to a dentist to white my teeth! I truly love snow products 🙌

One whitening and they are already 2 shades lighter. Can’t wait to keep going.
