We just bought the teeth whitening kit for Christmas as a gift for our daughter. She used it maybe 3-4 times and started having issues with the light. I emailed customer service and they were on top of resolving our issue. The same day (Saturday) they had a new light being shipped out to us. Very quick and fast, would highly recommend.
