I was unhappy with the way that my dog's chew was splintering and cracking dangerously - and yes, I purchased the correct size for the size of my dog - and I reached out to the customer service contact to express this. I was offered a 20% refund and told that they were unable to process any returns or refunds beyond that amount at this time. The product I received did not match the quality that was guaranteed on their website and when I attempted to get my money back, I was unsuccessful. Direct quotes from their website include: "Not happy with your purchase? No worries, we've got you covered! You may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked." "The answers are why we offer a 30-day refund — no return required." Despite these quotes, they do not have follow through.

this coffee chew does splinter into sharp ,pointed splinters ! I have purchased coffee chews in the past and yes they do break down into fibrous small pieces that are completely digestible by your dogs, these are NOT ! I contacted customer service sent pictures of their product and the answer I received was "I should have bought a bigger size" They do NOT honor their guarantee, Buyers Beware for your pups ! I want to add I did contact them repeatedly,and they did talk to mefor a while then chose to ignore me. My bank is handling this matter now!
