A friend gave me an extra-large coffee wood chew for my dogs, and they absolutely loved it! I was so pleased with it that I decided to order some myself. Unfortunately, what I received was nothing like the XL chew my friend had given me, or even what was pictured on the company's website. I ordered three extra-large chews for $104, but the ones I received were surprisingly small, measuring only about 6½ to 7 inches long and approximately 1 inch thick. I honestly wondered whether the company had made a mistake and sent me the wrong size. These are certainly not what I would consider extra-large, and they are too small for my dogs to use safely. For the price, I expected a much larger product, especially since I had already seen an actual XL chew and the photos on the website appeared to show something considerably larger. The difference is so significant that it feels a bit like a bait-and-switch. I am extremely disappointed and have requested to return the chews for a full refund. I would caution anyone considering purchasing the XL size to be aware that what arrives may not resemble what is advertised.

Ordering and delivery were simple and quick and the products arrived as promised. Our only complaint is that the coffee wood bones splinter and leave a HUGE mess on the floor. Only one of our dogs really took to them but he managed to leave piles of splinters everywhere he chewed.

Dog likes to chew on his stick. He will do whenever he wants tho wind down.Easy otdering though it took a bit longer to get product than i figured

The kofibone is the best chew for my new pup. Puppyharbor fulfilled my order quickly with the correct size chew for my pup. Have already placed two orders.

Our cockapoo would get bored and get into trouble by chewing things he wasn't supposed to, but now, when he is looking for trouble, we give him his coffee wood bone, and he is completely content. We also checked with our vet to make sure the coffee wood was safe for him, and he gave us the okay!

My puppy loves the coffee bone sticks. Welcome. I do exactly what it says. She chews on them. They go into tiny little pieces like shredding. Nothing sharp, they're great. We got the buy 2 get 1 free and she is on her last one and I just ordered the same thing again.

My pup took to the stick right away. Her favorite thing is to jump on the bed, chew a while and then push it onto the floor to make as much noise as possible! She also loves to hide it in her blankets until the next time she is ready to chew. It really is a great product that I don’t have to worry about her chewing on.

Max loves his new chew stick.
