Missing order, cancelation at the last minutes. This is from company sponsor lunch. They some times will give you coupons. But some times they argued with you even if they have it wrong, meat on a vegan dish for example.

All these 5⭐️ reviews super very dubious. Picnic makes the same five things and masquerades them as different restaurants. The food shows up cold and/or so early it sits around for half an hour before you can eat it. Hot food shows up cold, cold food shows up hot. There is also so much packaging waste from each employee getting a bag rather than one large group order. My company moved away from DoorDash and now uses Picnic, such a downgrade in mine and my coworkers opinions.
