I have ordered from Picnic many times over the past month and a half due to being the most cost effective means of getting food at work. However, this week I have had two very disappointing (to put it lightly) experiences with them. The first was an order of pho that the add ons that were on the side (mint, bean sprouts, cilantro, lime) were all brown and smelled off, likely inedible beyond their shelf life. The second instance happened a couple days later when I ordered a chicken bowl and it came with a staple mixed in with the food. I am seriously considering on never buying from them again and telling my coworkers to avoid them as well.

trypicnic operates a series of ghost kitchens that are all actually just serving the same set of 40 or so options with different names, images, and branding. food quality is poor, with items frequently arriving in poor condition with strange, chemically smells or with toppings that weren't listed on the item being purchased. several times there appeared to be paint(??) or some other black-grey paint-smelling substance that was difficult to wash off my hands inside the container for my food (this occurred across several of the different 'restaurants' i ordered from -- obviously because they were all the same food being made in the same place). Transport is incredibly wasteful - my company uses them, and the fact that every order is individually bagged means we throw away hundreds of these trypicnic bags on the daily. it is obnoxious. Pricing is also ridiculous, 15 dollars for the shittiest waffle i've ever had in my life with a weird chemical aroma that burns my throat when i open the box is some cyberpunk dystopian bullshit. don't try picnic. for the love of god just get an actual catering service set up or god forbid order from an actual restaurant and not whatever factory is pumping out this crap I have been eating trypicnic daily for about three months now and i have several times completely wasted the daily credit my company provides just to bring my own lunch and avoid having to eat this

Picnic offers agencies a variety of restaurants for companies to use. The food is then delivered with no delivery fees or tips. If you have an issue with your order, you can always reach out to their customer service team and they will assist you. When I had an issue, I submitted a review of my order and within a day or so, their customer service team reached out and was able to assist in getting a refund. I would highly recommend Picnic to all companies as it provides a variety of restaurants, they deliver to the company in one central location and they notify the employees their order is ready for pick up.

Many options for many diets. The vegan selection is always appreciably huge and the quality is consistent. New participating restaurants pop up every so often, so you won't get stuck in a lunchtime rut. In addition, the customer service is top-notch! Any of the rare times when there is a glitch with my order, they hear me out and make amends or corrections right away. If you aren't using Picnic yet, you should change that!

Yo, this is a great service. We hopped on really early (to the point where I think a lot of the things on offer were just the same kitchen with a different name), but Picnic's been consistently adding new spots to expand the variety. And it's becoming a really stellar service. Their Customer Support is also really refreshing. Loved getting a coupon when my lunch was late one time. And they have a good system for if there's an error with your order: if for some reason an item you ordered isn't available, they'll just default you back to something you've ordered previously. It's honestly really nice to at least get SOMETHING rather than going without lunch.

Super easy to order. Food is always the right temperature. Very consistent delivery from day to day. So many options to choose from.

Overall great service. Sometime if things don't go smooth, they are quick to respond and fix problems.
