Hi there — really sorry the pendants haven't lived up to expectations, and the feedback on both the inserts falling out and the scent fading is taken seriously. On the insert falling out: that's a real product issue and shouldn't be happening regardless of the 30-day window. Insert security is a manufacturing detail we've been refining with our supplier, and lost inserts are a choking risk we don't take lightly. Please email [email protected] with the subject "Trustpilot review — insert replacement" and we'll send you replacement inserts directly, regardless of order date. On the scent fading at 2 months: the active oils in the pendants are designed for a 12-month lifespan, but environmental factors (heat, humidity, frequent water exposure, very active dogs) can shorten that significantly. If your pendants are already losing efficacy at the 2-month mark, that's outside expected range and we'd like to look into it. Send us a quick note with how the dogs wear them day-to-day and we'll work out a fair resolution.
