I would give them a zero but that wasn’t an option. DO NOT BUY from tryNova. Product doesn’t provide coverage that the ad states. It’s more like a greasy cream. I have tried twice to contact them for a return and refund but haven’t received any response. So much for the “satisfaction guarantee”. Also, the item itself didn’t have the Nova logo on the packaging. It says O’CHEAL! Rip off…….SCAM, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The team at Nova is great. Any time I have had a question or need something explained they have answered quickly and thoroughly. Shipments have always been delivered on time and the product is excellent.

Great customer service. Fast shipping. I lost a good amount of weight on the GLP-1 and felt good on the NAD+. Will use again!

I could not be more pleased with my experience! Jason Mallouf is top notch! He is beyond knowledgeable about these products and is stellar at allowing his clients to feel confident in the use of them. Communication was on point! I am impressed and will be happy to carry on with learning and investing more with my self care routine this year, accompanied by Jason. He clearly walks the walk and not just talks the talk. Solid and trustworthy man to work with. Thank you Jason

My experience with Try Nova MD was handled professionally from start to finish. I had valid concerns regarding my order, including prescription details and cold-chain handling. Once those concerns were raised and documented, the team took them seriously. Jason was responsive, communicative, and thorough in reviewing everything, and the situation was addressed promptly and transparently. What stands out most is their willingness to own issues, prioritize patient safety, and communicate clearly rather than deflect or delay. Records were corrected, expectations were clearly explained, and the resolution was handled efficiently and respectfully. In healthcare, how a company responds when something doesn’t go perfectly matters — and Try Nova MD demonstrated accountability, professionalism, and a patient-focused approach throughout.
