This has been added to therapy for my shoulder pain. I have to say with exercise & the light therapy I’ve come a long way in the last 7 weeks. It’s a great comfort at the end of the day. I highly recommend this as part of recovery program or just added for comfort to aching joints & muscles. Annette Maha

I have a couple of friends who recommended Infrared light therapy to me. I looked around for a long while before I decided to purchase this one. I have severe osteoarthritis of my right ankle that is now causing tendon problems and painful ambulation. It actually does help my pain. I started out with 10 minutes, and now using it twice a day for 20 minutes. The warmth feels good and the pain has improved. It's worth the money! I have not had any side effects from using it. I am in my late 60's and plan to continue to work longer. I look forward to using it because it has given me pain relief.

Love my new Medex red light therapy pad! Took longer to receive than expected but have been using it every day on my lower back and hip with warm pain relief that is soothing warmth! Thank you Medex for this wonderful product!

My pad took longer than I thought to arrive. I do understand that possibly they weren't prepared for the demand. I have a bad knee. The doctor says it's time to replace it. I've also got sciatica. I've been using the medex pad for over month. I feel like I'm almost ready to go without my knee brace! I'm walking like a normal person. No (or minimal) limp. I got the large pad for my back. It's a lot of wrapping for my knee. I might eventually get different size

I have been using Medex for the last 3 months. The drs. said I would never walk again until I found Medex. I use my belt everyday it makes my day run smooth. I don't know what I would do without this belt I love it, it is a life savior thankyou Medex for this belt

I had very bad plantar fasciitis for a year I bought this product because I knew it was the last thing. Finally that would help me. I did have one steroid injection which did not cure me so I bought the mat and used it twice a day and my planter fasciitis is slowly gone. Unbelievable product.

#EDIT# The product did arrive after another 7 days, total of 5 weeks when I was told 10 days. However, communication was poor, had it been better I would not have been left to feel it was a scam, especially with all the scams these days. I purchased a red light pad on 27th April. I received and email confirming my purchase. There was no tracking number. A month later I had not received my purchase nor any email to say there have been delays. I reached out to them on messenger asking where it was. They replied with "sorry, will check and get back to me asap". I had to chase them again 4 days later, when I was then told it would arrive in 6 days. I gave them the 6 days before messaging again demanding my money back. They then sent me a tracking number through DHL. I looked this up and it appears it has been despatched and should arrive in 7 days. Watch this space. They keep removing my comments on their Facebook page.

Bought for husband & he uses it often. Device warms up but not uncomfortable. He is happy with it
