Pleasant user experience, goes on easily and nice packaging!

One of the lipsticks came defective-smashed at the top due to manfultion of the case. The other I used and it turned a super weird color of pink. The supposed "guarantee" turns out to be ONLY store credit ore replace if you PROVE it is DEFECTIVE. Yet if the color looks terrible, you get NOTHING back and get stuck losing your money. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't trust them. I personally didn't like the formula either. But that was the least of the problem.

I really like your product and use it every day. However, I noticed that, unless I reapply every two or three hours, my lips get dry and cracked.

When I first received it I could wait to try it on so once I tried it on I stood in front of the merrow and waited what I seen was breath taking I looked like a different woman Thank you so much I really love it

This lip product is AMAZING! It gives such a natural color! I love it!

I really like the color the lipstick gave me and the moisture, so my lips don't get dry. The only thing I don't like is it doesn't last very long.

When I received my order none of the tubes were branded with the Kivora name on the tubes.
